Job Description:

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior PM Consultant with cross-functional knowledge in MM and CO. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Plant Maintenance and the ability to support and optimise end-to-end maintenance processes across the business.

General Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to maintenance processing and system configuration
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAP solutions
  • Support UAT, training, and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance

SAP PM Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, including:
    • Technical Objects (Equipment & Functional Locations)
    • Maintenance Notifications and Work Order
    • Preventive Maintenance (Maintenance Plans, Task Lists)
    • Breakdown and corrective maintenance processes
  • Design and optimise maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime
  • Manage the full maintenance lifecycle, from notification to order completion and settlement
  • Support work scheduling and planning, including capacity and resource management
  • Ensure accurate master data management for technical objects and maintenance plans
  • Drive improvements in maintenance execution and reporting

Integration Responsibilities (MM & CO)

  • Work closely with MM for:
    • Spare parts management and inventory control
    • Procurement processes linked to maintenance orders
    • Reservation management and material availability
  • Support CO integration, including:
    • Maintenance order costing
    • Budget tracking and cost control
    • Settlement of maintenance orders
    • Analysis of maintenance costs and variances

Requirements

  • SAP PM Certification (proof will be requested)
  • SAP Experience in CO and MM is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective and efficient workload management
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Minimum 5–8 years of SAP PM experience
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance processes
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations and support environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
